Temperature seems to have dropped by 10 degrees overnight and it is currently 10 degrees and slightly overcast, I guess we are in Scotland! The forecast is for a sunny day and 16 degrees so looking positive.
The cottage is a lot bigger than it appears in the pictures, we’re currently having breakfast in a very large kitchen / diner which Xanthe seems to have taken a liking too, hope this doesn’t mean i’m expected to knock down walls when we get back home as well as complete the floor tiling.
First order of the day is to find the Tourist information office, even through we probably have most of the information we need and then explore Inverness.
