The forecast for today was partly cloudy but it actually started off very sunny so we decided to head into Game Creek bowl before the snow and crowds arrive towards the weekend. We went up the Gondola then went straight into the bowl. Luckily it wasn’t too busy so we did a few runs before deciding that we probably needed a bit more snow so that we could try skiing a few more of the runs. We decided to ski the front face as we had taken the camera with us so we wanted to get some good views of the mountains and also some nice runs. We did a few runs with Chris filming me, then stopped for a hot chocolate to check if we actually had anything in shot. It turns out that we did capture some good shots so we swapped the camera over and I filmed Chris for a few runs then we swapped the camera back again. We actually stayed on the Pride lift as it gave us a choice of a couple of runs, then we decided to pack in for the day and skied back down. We stopped for a drink at the Tavern before heading back to the room and our evening chores of washing and going back to the supermarket then coming back to the room for something to eat and relax before doing it all again tomorrow.
